Do not enter rosters, CAPIDs, exact addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses, incident or case identifiers, PHI or patient information, medical details, or operational secrets. Add required protected details only inside your department's authorized NERIS or RMS system.
The de-identified narrative you submit is sent to FreshSkyAI's privacy-restricted AI provider chain to create the review aid. A pre-provider filter rejects likely personal identifiers. The app uses a minimal email-based subscription record and does not save narratives or results to an application database.
If you use the microphone button, speech recognition is provided by your browser and may use the browser vendor's speech service. FreshSkyAI receives the resulting transcript, not the microphone audio. Use typed input if department policy does not permit browser speech processing.
Google Cloud Run may log standard request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, route, and response code for security and operations. Application logs record only privacy categories and error types, never submitted narratives or model output.
This tool does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use an application session to store narratives or results.
