This paid CivicOps tool organizes a de-identified after-call narrative for human review. It is not a NERIS form, schema mapping, import file, compliance check, filing service, or official incident report. Three previews are included; Civic costs $14.99/month with up to 40 usage units per day and 200 per month. Civic covers CivicOps only and does not unlock non-Civic workspaces. Existing subscribers with an eligible broader entitlement retain access.
The tool does not generate NFIRS reports or codes. USFA states that calendar-year 2026 incident submission is exclusively in NERIS, NFIRS edits ended January 31, 2026, and NFIRS became unavailable in February 2026. See the official transition notice.
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. An authorized human must verify every item against source records, the current NERIS or RMS interface, department policy, and applicable law before using it.
Do not submit rosters, CAPIDs, PII, PHI or patient-care information, exact addresses, incident or case identifiers, classified information, or operational secrets.
